Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Cloudstaff Altitude Partner Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
a. The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in countries where Cloudstaff operates.
b. Employees of Cloudstaff are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Referral Process
a. To participate in the Program, you must refer potential clients ("Referrals") to Cloudstaff. A Referral is considered valid if the individual or company referred expresses genuine interest in Cloudstaff services and completes the necessary steps as determined by Cloudstaff.
b. Referrals must not already be in Cloudstaff's database or have had prior contact with Cloudstaff.
c. Referrals may be submitted through the designated referral form, email, or platform provided by Cloudstaff.
d. Referrals must be made by the referring individual prior to the referred individual engaging with Cloudstaff in any capacity.
3. Rewards and Incentives
a. Cloudstaff may offer various rewards for successful referrals. Rewards can include but are not limited to:
i. Cash incentives
ii. Gift cards
iii. Discounts on services
iv. Other promotional incentives as determined by Cloudstaff
b. A Successful referral is defined as a new client or lead that signs a contract or agreement with Cloudstaff as a direct result of the referral.
c. The referral reward will be paid after Cloudstaff confirms that the referred client has signed an agreement and has paid for services (if applicable), subject to Cloudstaff’s standard approval and verification process.
d. The value and type of reward may vary and are at Cloudstaff’s discretion. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
4. Reward Payment
a. Rewards will be issued in accordance with the payment schedule and method determined by Cloudstaff.
b. Cloudstaff reserves the right to withhold or cancel any reward payment if a referral is deemed invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
c. Referral rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, and the referrer will be responsible for paying any tax liability associated with the reward.
5. Program Limitations
a. Cloudstaff reserves the right to limit or modify the Program, including but not limited to the eligibility criteria, reward structure, and terms, at any time without prior notice.
b. Referrals must not violate any laws, regulations, or Cloudstaff’s internal policies. You are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior.
c. Cloudstaff reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in Cloudstaff's sole discretion, engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities related to the referral process.
6. Confidentiality
a. You are required to respect the confidentiality of any sensitive or private information related to Cloudstaff’s business operations or its clients.
b. You must ensure that you do not disclose Cloudstaff’s proprietary or confidential information to third parties without Cloudstaff’s prior written consent.
7. Termination
a. Cloudstaff reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Program at any time without notice. You will be notified if such termination occurs, and no new referrals will be accepted following the termination date.
b. You may choose to opt-out of the Program at any time by notifying Cloudstaff in writing.
8. Liability
a. Cloudstaff is not responsible for any issues or claims arising out of participation in the Program, including but not limited to personal injury, financial loss, or any other damages.
b. Cloudstaff’s total liability under the Program is limited to the amount of the reward payable under the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes related to the Program will be governed by the laws of Australia, and any legal actions will be taken in the courts of Australia.
b. Cloudstaff and participants agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and in good faith before pursuing legal remedies.
10. Miscellaneous
a. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and the most current version will always be available on Cloudstaff’s website or referral portal.
b. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional instructions provided by Cloudstaff.
c. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
